Real estate, run properly.
I’ve lived in Saint John and Rothesay my whole life. I’ve been in real estate since 2022, and I’m a REALTOR® with REAL Broker, part of The Ellis Team. Most of my work is residential, concentrated in Millidgeville and Rothesay, the two communities I grew up in and still call home.
On the team I take on a couple of extra roles. I worked at the Canada Revenue Agency before real estate, so I’m the one who handles tax questions for the group, and I lead technology and AI for the team as well. That includes Agent Runway, an AI business assistant I built from the ground up that gives our agents a clearer read on their production and where the business is heading.The Ellis Team is currently using it in beta.

A house is a big decision, and most people want to know who they’re trusting with it. So here’s a bit more about me, not just the license.
At home
I'm a father of two young kids, which keeps life full outside of work hours. Home base has always been Saint John and Rothesay, the only two places I've ever lived.
Sunday mornings
I grew up singing and playing guitar at RiverCross Church, and I still love live music today. Queen is the one I'll never get tired of, alongside Blue Rodeo, Pavarotti, U2 and a good Broadway soundtrack.
Weekends
Golf and tennis get most of my free time outdoors. On the watching side, I follow the Red Sox, the Red Wings and the Packers.
On the water
Summers mean the family cottage in Millidgeville. I grew up swimming there and still spend as many summer days there as I can.
A summer in Ostia
One summer, before real estate, I worked an archaeological dig in ancient Ostia, just outside Rome. The site is a public park today, but underneath it we excavated a mausoleum holding the remains of sixty women and children who died of malaria more than 1,700 years ago, after the Tiber flooded the area. It's a strange thing to carry into a career built on houses: every property has a story under the surface, and most people only ever see the part that's visible.
A finished novel
I recently finished my first novel, The False Eagle: a story about a Canadian family of four who travel to Italy and stumble onto a mystery in their rented villa that reaches back more than two thousand years.
