These look at the water without owning any of it. Often a great deal less money for most of the view, and worth seeing before you rule them out. They are kept separate here so nobody drives out to one expecting a dock.

Buying on the water here comes with questions an inland purchase does not: what the shoreline is doing, whether there is a wharf or a right of way, how insurance treats it, and what a well and septic system look like on a lot that size. Ask me before you make an offer rather than during the conditional period.
