What gets collected

The contact, home valuation and newsletter forms on this site collect what you type into them: name, email address, phone number, property address and any message you write. Nothing is collected from these forms unless you submit one yourself.

This site also uses Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages get visited. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you individually. It reports things like page views, general location by country and device type, in aggregate.

How it’s used

Form submissions come straight to Andrew’s inbox so he can respond to your question, prepare a home valuation or add you to occasional market update emails if you signed up for those specifically. Submissions are delivered through Resend, an email service provider that processes the message on Andrew’s behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.

Your information is not sold, rented or shared with anyone outside of running this business, and it is not used for anything beyond what you contacted Andrew about.

Newsletter emails

The market-update newsletter is opt-in only. You’ll only receive it if you submit your email through that specific form, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe. Andrew doesn’t add addresses to the list from any other source.

Your information, your call

You can ask what information Andrew has on file for you, ask for it to be deleted, or unsubscribe from any list at any time. The fastest way is to email or call him directly using the details below.
