Andrew helped us list and sell a family property. Process went smoothly and it sold quickly. Would recommend him as a realtor.
Andrew helped me define my needs and goals and sent me so many great listings that I wouldn’t have otherwise noticed or considered. In very short order, he found me my ideal spot overlooking the beautiful Saint John Harbour - and we got it for asking price in a very, very competitive market. I can’t recommend Andrew enough.
I can not say enough positive things about our experience with Andrew. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. From the time we met to review our (very specific) wish list, Andrew relentlessly pursued our dream home. After looking at over ten houses, Andrew encouraged us to look at a house that was listed above our budget, and managed to get an accepted offer BELOW listing price. Andrew was so kind, patient and attentive to work with, extremely customer focused and always moving forward with our best interest. 5 big bright stars, I can not recommend Andrew Shaw enough!!

Andrew was so friendly & kind, knowledgeable, and not to mention super responsive. Any questions or concerns we had, he addressed them quickly. Our schedules were a little wonky with shift work in the mix, yet he always wanted whatever was best for us. He went above and beyond. He made the process as stress free as possible which was so appreciated. We are very pleased with our experience with him. We HIGHLY recommend him for any of your future real estate needs!!
Andrew was fantastic to work with when we were buying and selling this fall! He was very responsive to our (my) many many questions.
