August 2026
This month, ready to post.

The post, in order
Upload them in this order. The first is what people see in the feed, so it leads with the figure most likely to stop someone: homes selling above asking. Asking prices come third, after the two built from completed sales.
1What actually sold
Median sale price, percent of asking, days to sell. The cover, because it is the one that surprises people.
2Are prices going up?
The benchmark since January 2024, and what the same house is worth five years on.
For the story
The same month cut down to what survives a couple of seconds: the median, the change, how much is for sale, and the spread between the dearest town and the most affordable one. Nothing that has to be read sits where the app puts its own buttons.
Add a link sticker pointing at andrew.agentrunway.ca/market so anyone who wants the detail can get to it.
A caption, if you want one
Written from the same numbers the images are drawn from, so it cannot drift from the picture it sits under.
Greater Saint John, August 2026. Median asking price across the region is $399,900, with 387 homes on the market. Community medians run from $349,500 in Saint John to $524,900 in Rothesay, so where you look moves the number more than anything else does. These are asking prices on active listings rather than sold prices, and days on market describes how long what is for sale has been sitting rather than how fast homes sell. Every figure comes from the CREA DDF feed and matches the market page at the moment the images were drawn. Before posting these anywhere off this site on a regular schedule, check with the brokerage or the board: the DDF licence covers displaying this content on your own site, and a monthly posting habit is worth having a clear answer on first.
